Rumors abound around the net surrounding a Woverine spinoff film after X-Men 3. Supposedly, David Benioff(Troy) is to pen the screenplay to be directed by Len Wiseman(Underworld). Hugh Jackman is expected to continue portraying the clawed one. As for X3, Halle Barry's character Storm is to be included in the film, but she is not reprise her role. Original director Brian Singer has left the project behind to helm the new Superman film and Joss Whedon(TV's Buffy) is slated to write and direct the third X-Men project. Other superhero movie news states that a Magneto film is in the works, as well as Iron Man, and a Wonder Woman feature that is reportedly being directed by Whedon also.
